PEKA and Harley, what a class act

I let the 2 out on their cages today. and got a few pics of them

When I am watching them as they are out. I notice that PEKA is the one that is initiating all the pecking and Harley wants nothing to do with it. I also notice that PEKA's body is ruffled, does that mean anything, my husband thinks not that Harley is the Female rather than a male.

when i looked at the stance of the first pic, i thought it looked like Peka was wanting to mate, just by how he is stretching his body, may just be camera angle not sure, but then on the next pic and you saying he initiates feeding etc, but im not an expert

Feel the pelvic bones of Harley, if they are close together he's a male, if further apart a female.
