Finally got round to uploading the pics to photobucket. Had this cage for 3 months now and we all love it. Budgies love the space and its nice and easy to clean We had chosen a slightly different design but by the time this one came in the company had changed the design to these doors and coop cup style feeders. The doors are on bolts and springs so theres no way the birds can open them.

Thanks everyone, yes the birds do love it. I haven't gone too mad with the toys so they have plenty of space to fly around. It took them about a month to get their courage up to go to the lower perches. They had food and water up near the top and no one would go near the floor. A broccoli bribe worked in the end. Minty regularly does helicopter impressions, he flies in a circuit from the java perch off towards the feeders then down and up and lands back on the java branch. Its hillarious to watch, especially as Blue has the most disaproving look on her face and the others have to duck as he nearly takes their heads off with the ends of his wings. The wooden hanging toy has beads seperated by acrylic pieces and they all love to try to throw these up and down the chain it was only £3, the pink pyramid is like one of those games young children have where they put the shaped blocks in the shaped holes. This one contains beads and the birds hang on it and pull the beads out and drop them. They love this first coz it takes them a while to get the beads out and also because the beads make a nice loud crash when they hit the floor. I also have an acrylic 'cage' that you can put a treat into and they have to hang onto it to get to the treat inside. I rotate the toys every so often then they don't get bored. Billie
