did you come away with what he was eating at the breeders?
i would leave the millet and seed treats, and just give him what you give the others, with thier normal fruit and vegs. im sure when he gets hungry for seed he will eat.
i am changing Kaeci, and Biggs to a new mix, and at the moment its not quite half and half.

hmmm I would try soaking some bird seed to see if he eats that. do you think that he may be stressed ? if so you could ad some electrolites in hie water. I am starting to lean towards putting him in a hospital cage to keep him warm so you can keep an close eye on him if he does not eat with in the next 24 hours I would take him to an Avian vet for a check up.

he is very lively and calls to Jake and Jess. he quietens down if i talk to him and does all sorts of whistles, he wolf whistles and acts like a bigger parrot!
he evens does a kissy noise and a clicking. Mike thought he sounded like a dog barking the other day.

he is still in his settling in stage alex, he has done his "im all excited cos im somewhere different" and now everything has calmed down he is feeling a little delicate. I wouldnt worry too much, he will eat when he's hungry and will learn that toys are to play with and not to be scared of quick enough. i would stay away from the treats for a few days, as given the choice (like children) he will go for them and leave his real dinner. i know you are trying hard to find something he likes eating, but i would stick with just one thing for the mo - i give him 24 hours before he's tucking in but be warned, he may not eat in front of you to start with so try marking the bowl so you know where it was filled to once he is eating you can then offer him other things and find out what the favorites are hope this helps let us know how he goes

he sounds like a very lovable bird. I was just talking to the wife about the bird and she said to me what about our two hmmm ( smart lady ) hehe We have one cockatiel that will not touch cockatiel seed he only eats small seed ( budgie mix ) nothing else no fruit or veggies. the other cockatiel eats tiel mix and just about anything he can get.
