I ended up with 8 baby birds, unfortunately 1 was DIS fully formed, and the 2 youngest were squashed by their siblings so now I have 5 perfectly healthy and happy ones. s76.photobucket.com/albums/j17/avrilseny/Here are the photos of them the oldest is now 19 days old so the real little ones didn't really have a chance. I usually "pebble" the eggs which is a better way of breeding than letting them stagger hatch. "Pebble" is taking the eggs away when laid and replacing with a small white marble until all eggs are laid then returning to the hen so they all hatch at the same time and have a better survival rate as they are all the same size.
