Thanks Sal and Lady. I'm feeling better today, the fever is finally gone, but I still am stiff and I have the equivalent of a really nasty cold. (Definitely an improvement, though )The news on the birds is very good, both hens still settled and brooding well. Each hen had 4 eggs. Olive was due to have another, but the check was early this morning, so she probably laid it later in the day. Thanks for your thoughts and advice! Like I said, I'll post pics later and probably set up separate threads for each pair since this one is getting so long.

Okay, the plan is, if and when there are bubs, I'll post a "watch me grow" thread, as Sal calls it. If anyone is still interested, Anna has 4 eggs, and Olive has 5. I'm not really expecting bubs from Anna after all the craziness at the start, (hopefully she'll surprise me!) but I have high hopes for Olive. She's a first timer with me, but her husband Dude is an experienced dad.
