Jessie has laid 2 eggs now, they are not sitting tight yet but i will try to work out a rough hatch date when they are! just hope these are fertile! i want some baby tiels that would be sooooooo sweet!! ;D

ha ha ha you're funny Scully!! i havent laughed so much in ages recently, this forum is so funny!! my family think i'm mad cos i love my birds so much and always talking about them. My dad shoves the phone under his arm when i start talking about them! ............well to that! i just have to persuade the hubby to let me have just a couple more birds!

ok i think they havent been using the water i provide for them to wet their tummy feathers though, as i understood it, i thought they needed water to wet them to create the right humidity? they have 4 eggs but no babies yet. i roughly guessed when hatch time was going to be, from when they started sitting after the 3rd egg it should be next week i think. i have kept the inspection door closed and kept nest checks to a minimum. i have a sneaky suspision they wont hatch, i dunno why i just have

hi i really want to see Jake or Jessie feeding their chick, is it ok to leave the inspection door open for just a few minutes so i can watch them and see if they feed it? i wouldnt leave it open for very long, what do you think? any advice would be great. if i can leave it open for a minute or two, i MAY be able to get a pic!
