she wouldnt kill them she would just ignore them.
if you decide you dont want her to lay again straight away, the best thing to do is let her have her extra box so dad can take over the first clutch and then remove the eggs from the second box to give her a break.
although, kak's breed for three years solid in the wild and then retire from breeding altogether so unless its for health reasons she shouldnt really need a break till she decides she's had enough.

Thanks Sal. I'll probably rest her in summer anyways as it is way too hot for any bird to breed here then.
