I have a egg missing, and a fluffy spikey looking thing in its place Its very quiet..is that normal? I think that egg i put in first was okay, as i made the first dates to hatch this weekend.I rekon its from that egg. I have a chick!!!!

Question..we have two chicks now, and dont they fluff up quickly. One min its a red squirmy blob...then it looks like a fluffy punk rocker. Its the little cheeps i love listening to. Sugar had a good stretch and a bath, then she went straight in back to her chicks. Surely that cannot be good for them, getting wet? The nest was lovely and clean and dry yesterday..i bet its soggy now.

no they need humidity in the nest so her having a bath is very good for them sont worry so much they are all doing fine lol

Well after a week i was beginning to wonder if the four eggs left were going to do anything. We had no 4 last night, and boy is this little one fluffy. During the week i noticed how good she was at feeding the little no 3 , so i think even though this one is alot smaller, it will do fine. I wonder what will the last 3 eggs do? okay Lin...ill try to get some pics later
