Keeping you Parrots or Parakeets in good condition is very easy thing to do below is a guide for good health. Once a parrot or parakeet is happy and healthy they make better birds. Fresh water daily is one good tip Fruit is another your bird will enjoy Veges is another Fresh Greens is also good ( grass in seed ,chick weed silver beet etc ) Cuttle Bone Shell grit Charcoal is also very good it provides the birds with iodine Soaked bird seed with soaked bird seed this is soaked over night then washed off through a strainer to get the seed clean also to get most of the water off the seed once you have strained all the seed you can mix in a little Cod Liver Oil and the mix can be placed in the Aviary Also regaler cleaning of the aviary floor is also healthy for your birds. As this stops any Bactria building up which can harm your birds. A three monthly worming program is also a must. It is also advised to rotate the Worming Medication twice a year. As the parasites can become immune to the same treatment. I hope this helps you as your birds will thank you for there good health

soaked for 24 hours strained cleaning the seed finished product out in the aviary another aviary another aviary last aviary I keep all the plates in the same spot for easy access for the birds I hope this gives you a guide for the birds
