Advice on light preferences for lutino parottlet

Can anyone give me advice on the light preferences if any for a lutino parrotlet.
I firstly assumed my little ball of fluff was partialy sighted but have been told that he could just have light preferences because of his red eyes.
I have also noticed that his eyes are cloudy in appearence!! could this be cataract??

it could be Nat so a trip to vet might be in order im afraid #embarassed#

if he just has sensitive eyes, then i would suggest keeping him out of direct sunlight but in plenty of natural light (if that makes any sense?)
