Cookie is a very pretty girl! I was wondering though how do Major Mitchell's go as pets? I have heard that of all the Australian natives Major Mitchell's make the least pets because they are more agressive than their conterparts(Corellas, Sulphur Crested Cockatoos etc). And if one was to get one as a pet how much would they cost? I know Sulphur Crested's and Galahs are reasonably priced

Major Mitchell's from what l have heard are just, if not better than Corella's and Sulphur Crested Cockatoo's. That all depends also like all birds, how much time you spend with them... the more the better "so to speak'.. Price varie's also and unfortunately Major Mitchells are more expensive and in some state's here in Australia you need a licence to hold them.Price's here in Victoria are around $250 each..
