Sam has flown to the Rainbow Bridge

Sam my Rinbow Lorikeet hen and sister of Sparky passed away Monday night. One of my rats escaped out of it's cage and got at her under the T.V stand. She never quite got used to having a clipped wing and obviously could not escape. I'm not sad I'm angry not at the rat that did it(I mean that was only instinct) I'm angry at the situation. I'd only had Sam 2 1/2 months and she was just starting to tame up nicely and had started talking which her breeder told me meant she was settling in well.
