R.I.P Pij what a wonderful person you are taking such great care of him. Pij was lucky to spend his time knowing such love.

Hi Billie, Thank you for the compliment. I must say, we were the lucky ones. Pij was an incredible bird. Given the condition he was in when rescued, I can only assume someone discarded him, thinking he was 'unrepairable'. I don't know what's going on with Photobucket. The picture I posted originally is now gone as is the one in the 'Pigeon Pets' section.  I will see about posting it at the end of my tribute. Cindy |

Hi, I thought I recognised the name. I'm Cass from pigeons.biz by the way. I'm on this forum for my beautiful baby Yogie (go check out some pics of him in the lorikeet photos board)
Your story was so moving that I cried. You're a very kind person to look after Pij the way you did.
