OK, well since my recent absence
I have been a bit naughty, well a VERY NAUGHTY! I've added lots of new additions.
First off we have
Posh and Beckham! (yes I caved, more Quakers )
Here they are there first day home, and feeling quite comfy!!
The hen, (posh-blue) Was going through a heavy moult, which she now looks awesome!
Next we have Gcc Pair, Bella and Bello (meaning Beautiful boy and Beautiful girl in Italian)
They laid for me 3 weeks after getting them, unfortunately, the hen ate her eggies.. And killed a baby that hatched The baby looked to be deformed so that may have been a reason.. To my surprise, she has laid again, and I think is on 4 eggs? I haven't checked in a week or so, but am going to check tomorrow.
Bello
YAWN!
This is mummy on her first ever eggie!
Next we have my pair of WF tiels! ( who I can't believe are still unnamed!)
Next (LOL)
Is my baby gcc who I am hand rearing. My Pair of Gcc's, come from a great breeder here in Victoria, who I buy all my birds off and only her! All my flock come from her, and are all so healthy and great! (the only birds that aren't from here are the Quaker pair)
She was so upset, about the GCCs eating there baby and eating the eggs, that she asked me if I would like to have a bub free of charge and h/r the little bugger!
Got him at 1 and half weeks old, and the Lottie guy/girl now going on 5 weeks, is going great! Unfortunately, he is teething! OUCH! But am snapping that out of him pretty quickly, well hopefully lol.
When he arrived home (not the prettiest bub)
Getting feathers, about 3 weeks old
Most recent pic, about 1 week ago, got heaps more feathers since then
Well that's my confession all done LOL
