Hey Littleears - your birds are lovely I've found with mine that they love playing with the silliest things. There are loads of great toys out there to buy, but you can also entertain them with home made stuff too. Mind love playing with their Broccoli - I cut it off on a long stalk and stick it through the bars for them to play on - bonus is they are getting some good nosh too In the past I've also strung up some cardboard tubes for them (from the centre of kitchen rolls/loo rolls). If you string a few together they climb all over it and then chew it to bits. Can be a wee bit messy for you, but they'll love it

My pet Boris loves playing with bottle tops - like from top of beer bottles. She spends hours playing with them!

Hello Bird Toys and Bird Size The size of bird toys should be decided keeping the bird's size in mind. Birds tend to break or chew the toys, which are smaller in size, and small fragments may even result in choking the bird. The birds also get scared by the presence of larger toys in their cages. All types of pet birds like ladders, though its size should still be proper. Smaller birds also prefer wheels or swings whereas larger birds may use swings though not as eagerly. Almost all birds enjoy seesaws. Some of the popular homemade toys are: - 1. Rope and Block - Take a block of wood and thread it with cotton ropes knotted at both ends. It makes a great bird toy and will entertain your pet for a long time. 2. Bottle Toy - Pet birds are highly intelligent creatures and they love to crack puzzles. Take a transparent plastic bottle and place many colored bird safe objects within the bottle. Birds feel curious at the sight of these objects, which are visible but cannot be reached. Thanks Have a nice time a head. Dog Bed
