Kiwi she has no clue shes bigger! & I am not going to be the one to burst her bubble!! my daughter packed her around human baby style & "at my firm warnings against doing that" as she would be expecting it to continue even after she grew huge!! lol she now climbs in Chantells lap and lays on her back with all fours in the air!! looking at us like I wuv yew mawmie!! LOL! she will allow zipper to crawl all over her, the other dogs dont much like her style of hugs, but zipper the chocolate chihuahua dont care at all, he lovesssssssssssss her! thinks shes the coolest! lol our dogs are all hilarious in there own ways..

Daisy is beautiful, those soft eyes, how does she cope with all those small dogs racing around her. My Springer Tess is hilarious with small dogs, she does not know what to do when one comes along, and sits there, and puts her paw on thier heads. Does not go down too well with some, but im not sure if she thinks they are just puppys.

Amazingly enough she just lays down now! but before OH LORD! she was a spaz! she seen them & was like YAY! squeek toys!! but as she matured (shes now 11 months)& acts the lady MOST THE TIME! lol she seems to accept new family members well.. she caught a house sparrow in her mouth the other day LOL doing what she was bred to do, but when I said DAISY DROP IT! she opened her mouth & let the birdie go LOL! shocked me but she did!..the cutest thing she does though..is everytime I have babies I am hand feeding, she licks them & as they grow , allows them to groom her fur & crawl all over her, mind you she is under constant supervision! but none the less, very sweet & listens so well!

Both my dogs are very good with my birds, but like yours they are gundogs. I dont really worry when the birds are out, but you just never know.
I had a duckling given to me years ago, and as she grew up, her best friend was a border collie. They spent all day with each other, and when i came home from work, he came along untill she was put away. He was not our collie, but the farms dog i lived on at the time. He used to turn up in the morning waiting for her to have her morning feed, and then when i went to work, they went off together. They spent most days round the collies garden, so the farmer got to know her well. During the day they were pretty inseparable, and if the farmer had to go somewhere, he had to make sure either the collie stayed, or my duck(Jackie) waddled around the farm with them. An amazing friendship, i do have some pictures somewhere, ill hunt them out. She only stayed with him, if i was at work, when i was at home she stayed around with me, and the collie left her alone. It was really like he looked after her when i was not there.
