Well, Willie and I went out to Rockford, IL yesterday (7-2-08) and picked out and new bird and here he is. His name is Mr Guzzi. I chose that name cause Willie likes motorcycle so I thought of Moto Guzzi for the Italian motorcycle. I will have more p0ic's later. Happy forth of July to everyone. Karen

He has made progress since we brought him home. He has stopped bitting both us and he jumps on our finger. He will not come out of the cage on his own and he does not sing much, just squawks a lot. He seems to be fat and I have never had an English Budgie before so I am not sure if that is common or not. The place that we got him from said that he will get much bigger that what he is now. Well, I am hoping for the best that he has a long life with us. He is very beautiful and seems to be a great bird. Talk again soon Karen

He's an example of a very handsome Show Budgie. He's got a lovely stance and his throat spots are nice and big. Wouldn't mind having him in my breeding cages! His weight looks fine for a juvenile. When he flies it will keep him nice and fit. Well done kat1099!
