Oh, she's beautiful! What kind of bird is she? I don't think I've ever seen one before. She looks like she's up to some mischeif in the second picture! ;D

Oh, I've never seen one before either. She's gorgeous! And yes, she does look like she's full of mischief. I'll bet she keeps you rolling in laughter all the time.

Many people haven't seen gold caps before, mainly since their cousins the suns and jendays have more color and are more common. But I love my little stinker They say laughing adds years to your life so I should live till at least 200 thanks to her

Gizmo is gorgeous! My family don't understand my liking for "plain" green birds - I reckon there is nothing plain about them. You can have so many shades of green - they are never boring! I have to admit I haven't heard of a Gold Cap before either. I guess there are many many species and subspecies I've not heard of.

The gold, red, yellow, and many shades of green as well as a deep blue on her wings/tail just amaze me. I agree, never boring at all.

she's certainly a pretty girl..people who see him, think my little green cheeky is very pretty, with all his shades or blue and green. Really compared to some conures...(>>>shhhhh dont tell him)..hes a bit dull, but i love his colouring. ;D

Wow she's a stunner alright!! I'm the same with green birds, the other half didn't understand that I fell in love with Meg just from a picture, there were Pineapple conures on offer too and he wanted something 'colourful' Meg's colours are just beautiful, so many shades of green and the brightest yellow under her wings. Green birds are fab - and the top of my wishlist is a male Ekkie, just to continue the green theme

Green birds are fab - and the top of my wishlist is a male Ekkie, just to continue the green theme I love the green birds too. The male ekkie is one I wanted but then my female basically fell into my lap (I didn't pay a cent for her unless you count the vet bill for the well birdie checkup). I didn't get her for her color though, I got her to get her out of a potential bad situation.
