I make a sort of flap jack mix every other week. The birds love it, even graham green!
This week i made it out of 1 sweet potato frozen veg mix orgainic soup mix Cooked till soft, and then mashed up
Then i chucked in 1 small pack of this organic fruit museli mix Ground up some mixed nuts Some extra dried mixed tropical fruit few hulled mixed seed bit Flaked millet and cherios 1 egg small amount of brown bread mix birdie vits
I just add and mix untill i feel its enough Baked on 5, for about 45mins in a babking tray. Cut into cubes, and i freeze most of it.
When they get thier morning fresh food, they get a cube or two of this every other day.
