Confused at Budgies Gender! Please help!

Hello! I'm new to this Forum, since I just got my first pet bird! I'm not sure where to post this question, but I hope someone can solve my mystery!

Four days ago I went to a PJ's Petstore and picked out a Budgie. I thought it was a male, but when the worker finally got my new Budgie into a box, she told me it was a female.

From what I've read about Budgies, I think mine is a male... but now I'm very confused at the fact that the worker said its a female. Also I think my Budgie (named Cloud ^.^) is a colour mutation... and I heard those can be tricky to tell the gender.

Also I think Cloud is maybe between 5-6 months, because it has almost all black eyes and only small traces of the head bars because he/she is molting.

Please look at all of the pictures because his/her cere is different in them all.
