put then im the microwave for 30 seconds at a time on high.... do this 3 times.....
or put them in the oven on as low as it can go for a few hours !

Buuz, I leave my broken up shells on a tray in the bottom of the oven. Then when I cook they get cooked too! It's only to dry them out, so you can't overcook them
