I tried this, and it didn't seem to work all that well. I've been giving him more variety since I went to the pet store last to get his wings trimmed. They said he looked a bit underweight from not getting enough variety in his diet.

I'm so sorry, Scully. You can rest knowing you took great care of him. R.I.P. little Simon.

;D
Okay. So, there's a major difference in the level of work in Razz and Juniper's cage. Juniper is really easy. It doesn't take all that long to get a really good clean/ Razz's cage on the other hand can take me up to 45 minutes, sometimes even an hour. The poop is really hard to get off. It takes a knife and tons of cleaner to get it off. Is there any ways I could use to clean the cage just as effectively, but use a it less elbow grease?
And I noticed Razz's poop is really watery. I've waited a day or two, and it's still like this. Is this bad? What should I do?

I did a bit of research on them when I was thinking about getting a conure before I decided on Razz. I thought I herd some articles mention it all depends on the bird. Maybe you could try visiting the sun conures and ask the owner a bit of questions. The owners know the bird's personality more than anybody. Who knows, maybe they might be quiet.

Thanks for the answer!
I have another question about Razz though. He does this weird hissing noise when he's really mad at me, or when he wants me to leave him alone. It doesn't sound like anything Juniper has ever done before, kind of like a cat's hiss. Am I doing something wrong when this sound occurs?

I love tiels but they can get a but bitey sometimes. I've noticed when Razz is in a certain mood he'll bite me to tell me to back off. Try taking him out at different times and seeing if you have better luck.
I got my little Razz hand fed when he was young so he was used to humans already. The more you play with it and the more it gets used to you, the less it should be nervous and mean. After a while, he should want to play with you.

I've noticed Razz has had some scratches on his beak lately. I herd that that can be bad, and sometimes serious. It's not really bad, but I don't want to wait until it's too late to ask if this should be checked out. My mom's camera has been broken so I haven't been able to show any pics. It's not that deep, just a few scratches, but I want to be sure.

Alright, then Juniper would be a boy. I've visited the pet shop where I got him a lot and saw him when he was just a little boy. (He was so cute!) Thanks for the help though.

People who abuse animals make me sick. I agree with what Tasha said, the animals have to feel the pain and recover. What a cute little boy though!

I absolutely love the colors on the whistly tiel! (I like dark orange patches in tiels) Have you found a home for the budgies yet?

I'm sorry about this. That's how I felt with INK, and I know it's one of the worst feelings on the Earth. Just remember that she had a great life with you, and you'll meet her someday when you cross the rainbow bridge yourself. (sorry for any of those who don't believe in Heaven)
