I have been going through some tough times with my little fella this last year. I felt it was a combination of jelousy (with Ziggy) and going through maturity. Boy! has my little love bug given me some nasty nips. I got to the point of wearing gloves. I was getting very wary of handling him, but trying not to show it ;D I think now we have been through the worse, and hopefully hes now settling down again. Hes such a cuddle bum..back to nesting under my chin, and really cuddling into me. These last 3 to 4 weeks, i feel i have my lttle love bug back..hes around 3 now(perhaps mue will remind me how old he is ) As i have never experienced this in a bird before, i could be talking a load of tosh, but thats what i feel its been. So new Conure owners, if this happens to you, just give them time.
