I just went out there to top up there food and when i was walking there the male budgie in the bonded pair was holding onto the wire and rubbing his vent all over it.. While chirping and feeding the hen.. What does this mean?

Cool, thank's Karen They are in the breeding cage, and there is no draft. The lone female got bitten on foot in the carry box on the way home and i was worried yesterday as she wasn't putting any pressure on the foot. Today she is fine though. She is continously going in and out of the box i think she is just playing but i have no idea.. I put some bedding in there, don't think she is already wanting to breed though as her and Olive boy are still squabbling allittle bit. Although they other two, gezzz.... Talk about birdie love.

Went down to a pet shop, went to look at the bird's as usual...When all of a sudden, this English Budgie spotted me... He insisted i had to take him home, i said NO in a firm voice.. But this little bugger somehow jumped in the carry box.. and end's up at my house.. I still have no idea how he managed to do that!!
Not sure what mutation he is, but I'm 99.9% sure his a male, and his a very big boy, and very vocal!
Oh and will post pic's soon.
