Angel update inc. pictures

My little Angel is doing really well.
Her wing flaps are getting stronger all the time.
She can grip with her right foot.
Her left foot is stuffed though, she uses her left foot to balance as she can now stand and she shuffles along the floor - this is very cute to watch.
Her bites are getting harder. I know when she is hungry and wants to go back into her cage as she really starts to gnaw on my finger!



You pointing that thing at me again!





Maybe if I feign disinterest she'll put it away?

Oh Karen you really chose her name well she is such a little Angel. What happened to her to make her have these problems or was she born a special baby.

I'm positive she was born normally. There is a budgie forum (not BBC) based in Western Australia primarily for breeders and their opinion is the mother sat too tight and caused a form of leg splay.

Now that Angel is becoming a bit more independent, she doesn't want to spend as much time with us and half the time she does spend with us she's gnawing on our fingers.

Ouch that sounds painful, Harry and Minty have a good line in finger gnawing too. I have 3 bites from Harry where he drew blood.

Still in your case at least it shows how much better she is getting right? *I was looking for the huh budgie in the icons but its seems to have GROWN into something pretty weird.*
