hi i know i said i'd get a pic of Cyril our Greenfinch x canary for you so here it is........its not great as she's a bit camera shy! we will try to get a better one when she stays still for a split second!

yep we are! i put a post up of Tango and her nest already. Cyril wont be able to breed as she is a mule! i guess Canary and Greenfinch together makes them infertile. Charlie has been trying to feed her though

oh what pretty colours on her (her?) belly! lovely bird was it an accidental breed or did they breed it on purpose? just curious cos id never heard of them lol

i'm not sure as the petshop had 3/4!! didnt asked! but its a small petshop. ahhhh mike has just said they do breed them on purpose for the solours and song, but cyril is a hen and doesnt sing. any native british finch has to be ringed and registered too thats what mike was told.
