Well, Kiri, Kenny and Freckles arrived with Batty in tow this morning. They are so lovely and are getting on very well with Puku, Ollie and Bernie, they have all been flying about together most of the day so far. My mum came over for a few hours and was a little frightened of all the flapping (some people ay?!! #rolleyes# ) so I put them away while she was here. But otherwise they have thoroughly enjoyed each others company! A great start! I miss Fred and George and all the mischief they get up to already but they sooooo obviously loved Batty (little flirts!), so I know they will be happy there which of course makes me happy. Mr Os wheezing is already noticably better so I know it's all for the best... a great end to a sad situation.

Well the good news is that George, Fred and I have arrived home safely It was blooming hot on the way back so we took a break at Fleet services where the 3 of us sat under a tree and shared some chips Naughty I know, but a little nibble made them soooo happy - they thought they were doing people things, which of course made them very very happy!! They were a bit disgruntled when we got home though, as they had to sit in the travel box for half an hour while I cleaned out their new house. The exciting news is that they have moved into the big cage with Bertie & Betty, and they all seem to be getting along just fine Unfortunately Betty being the clumsy oaf that she is keeps forgetting where the perches are and falling on the floor causing much excitement in the ranks she's such a prawn! Georgie insisted on coming out for a quick cuddle tonight when I came home from work I can see they are going to be super-spolied in no time at all. So far both George and Fred seem to have their beaks superglued to the millet strip I have had to pop a towel over the cage tonight as the four of them decided to join in with the X-Factor re-run lovely, but not when I'm just off to bed Kiri, Kenny & Freckles looked sooooooooooooooooo happy when I left them today - I don't think they can quite believe their luck Kenny had even claimed the toy truck on the mantlepiece I'll be sure to work on that baseball cap for him Dawn Well I'll stop waffling for a bit gang, and will be sure to send updates and lots of photos soon Good Night for now

Well I've spent the whole evening covered in tiels Sadly in spite of their best efforts, there just isn't room on my head for 3 of them - 2 we can manage but 3 and they start sliding down the back of my hair Foolishly I am wearing a top with beads on it at the moment, which has been really irresistable for Fred & George At the mpment Fred is sitting on the top of the computer screen and George is trying to help me type Bless ! DOH! Fred has just pooped on the screen oh well it wiped off Am gonna have to try to get them all to go to bed now as Betty and Bertie are getting tired (they've started to squabble on the picture frame!). Should take me about an hour to get 'em all rounded up so I'll be in bed by midnight - will try to post some pics tomorrow.

I am so glad to hear how much fun you are having with them Ellen and that they have settled in so well... I have to admit that I do miss my little friendly guys so much but I am happy that they are happy!
I am sorry that I haven't let you know how they are doing! I went back to work on Monday to a new class of 2 yr olds, which has had me pretty worn out and also the dreaded in-laws arrived on Monday too, so I have been having to entertain them!! Grrr... lol Kiri, Kenny and Freckles are doing really well of course... they are all acting as if they have always lived here. I am quite surprised with how friendly Kenny is, he often comes and lands on our arms and legs when we are sitting down, P,O and B do that occasionally but not nearly as much or for as long as Kenny. He is a noisy little blighter too... he can really shout when he wants to and then he gets Bernie and Freckles going and before long you have all the boys shouting!! hahaha Puku and Kiri seem to be staying out of each others way at the moment, which is quite amusing actually, they don't seem to want anything to do with each other but as long as they are not fighting I am perfectly happy with that! All the boys are getting on famously which is great, they spend all day togther, wearing each other out. K,K and F seem to get quite pooped by all the flying time they get.... not that they spend all of it flying of course but still they pass out early evening and you don't hear from them again until morning but I am sure they'll get used to it soon. I do love having all these kaks!! #heart# #heart# #heart#
