So many pictures, I apologise in advance. But, Skittles, in egg laying mode, has accepted Studley! I can't believe it! Here is the love story! Skittles has a darker breast than Studley, hope you don't get confused! Oh, and the egg is not fertile! Skittles: Hi Mum, where's your sexy feet. Er - what! Skittles: I hope your not looking at MY cage Studley: Hi Sexy Lady! Studs: Do you come here often? Studs: Has anyone told you how beautiful you are? Skits: Thousands, Now back off! Skits: I'm going home! Skits: Have to eat all this before that bloke gets my food! Studs: Mmm, nice tail feathers Skits: What are you doing? Studs: Just licking the container, chill out dude! Skits: Mum! Are you going to just sit there taking pictures whilst he's eating my food? Skits: Hmph! Studs: What's you doing gorgeous? Skits: Baking a cake! What's it look like, I'm sitting on an egg! Studs: An egg! Oh my! Studs: Here sweetie, I got you some food, don't you move now, I'll look after you Smooch!!!!! Studs: You've got a feather out of place, there you go love Skits: Oh so have you, my hero! Studs: Shove over, I'll help you sit on that adorable egg! Now, do you think it's possible that Studley is really a boy?

Update! Studley is trying to do naughty things to my prim and proper Skittles #shocked# . I have suggested to him that trying to do it to her side might be what is making her so narked with him!!!!! #cheesy#

Yes, I am, she laid the egg before they met! As soon as the weather cools down, only a week or so I hope, she will go out to the aviary that I was going to put the ringneck in. I wouldn't like to put both the lorikeets in an inside cage, as I think fights might happen. at least in an aviary I can put some hiding spots in for them

Lin, (if you haven't already) get some tips on how to make their union 'blissful' as I have heard that rainbows tend to go off their eggs rather easily.
I know Billspets breeds them - you might have to email him rather than post as I haven't 'seen' him on any forum for some time.

tee hee. I had a friend here at the time, Budge, and I was going 'Oh look, aren't they sweet?' She was just looking at me, quite oddly, I thought #cheesy# She asked if I took that many pictures of my kids, and my kids said that I only took a picture of them if they stood near a bird! #cheesy# #cheesy# #cheesy#
