They are so pretty! How are they as pets? Do they climb over you, snuggle etc?

I love my suggies!! they make absolutely wonderful pets! BUT! lol & heres the big BUT! ...they have special dietary needs, housing needs, patients (for bonding time) & they cannot be kept alone.. they need a cage mate..but they are alot of fun..we have a tent we set up & play in with them & they will bounce from one hand to the other, then to your head ,then back to the hand jumping, they do snuggle once they bond with you..their are many people that carry them around inside there sports bras lol ..they can be the sweetest lil things on earth, but then they can be the crabbiest as well. you should go on youtube & run a search on sugar gliders, theres a multitude of videos on there! lots of fun to watch as well.. our suggies own us LOL!

Thank you everyone for all the compliments!! Yes they are nocturnal, ours start comming alive & ready to spring into action around 9pm & sometimes even 3am they wont wake up, they are so funny how they vary at times..They are very sweet little things, they just take the right person to own them...theres alot of bad information on them do to alot of mill breeders in the states *BIG SHOCK THERE* theres many efforts in the works at shutting down these mills, I just doubt they will get the job done..seems anyone can get a USDA license & do what they want..its a shame what some people have went through trying to own these sweeties..theres many owners that put leashes on them! & thats just cruel! they have a patagium(gliding membrane) & many a suggie has had them torn do to people being misinformed & using a leash! If your ever interested in owning one of these adorable creatures,or would like to learn more about them, just let me know...theres a couple very informative forum sites, with very helpful people & they can direct you to reputable breeders or suggie rescues, theres many many sugar glider rescues with sweet little suggies needing rehomed! people from all over the world are on these forums

Wow, I so want one too!! I noticed my local pet shop could order them in a few months ago and have been very tempted ever since! I'd quite like a pet skunk too, but my parents aren't too keen on that idea!! #rolleyes#

They are adorable! They look like they'd be so much fun just to watch, let alone play with. I'll have to check out youtube.
George, a friend of my family had a skunk (de-"skunked" of course!) and he loved it.
