Thankyou both!! I do love it when my pets get complemented (big head!!).
The one at the top with the long tail is Elvis, a paradise whydah. I had him for ages but unfortunately I never managed to find him a girlfreind before he died. I bet babies would of been adorable! They're parasitic like cukoo's apparently. And outside of the breeding season, the males lose they're gorgeous tails and turn shabby brown looking (like the hens). I saw Elvis in the pet shop one day and had to have him! Truly beautiful! I'm sure I must have a better picture of him somewhere...

What beautiful birds, and your avarys look great too. That black bird is stunning , and i love the fat podgey one (canary?) sitting on the perch, beautiful Kak...well they are all lovely George great pics thanks

The podgy one is indeed a big fat canary! I called her Dash, a bit ironic as she was such a little podge, she'd have trouble dashing anywhere unless it was towards food!
