New Fids that have been announced- On April 6th Telmadee got to bring home Taome, a cute little snuggle bug of a conure! She has posted lots of good pictures of Taome in the Conure boards! April 16th Rick got a lovely flock of seven Ringnecks, and on April 22nd Fergiesmom was able to give a Citron crested cockatoo a new home with her.
Congratulations to Telmadee for winning the Bird of the Month award for April! Her picture was of Taome sleeping on top of his cozy tent. Apparently he prefers the roof…
More applause goes to Angela for winning the Happy Face Competition with her picture starring Diego the Dolphin!
Some of my favorite threads from this month include-
In Lori and Lorikeet Pictures- Harriette and Buddy. Loribabe posted some absolutely gorgeous pictures of her lorikeets.
In Parrot and Parakeet Pictures- Another new Macaw. Scully’s macaw Ziggy makes an attempt at new friendship, and goes to great heights exploring curtains.
In Rodent Crazy (under Pet Crazy) - Meet the Weekers, by easyemu15. These Weekers, aka guinea pigs, have the “Awwww” Factor.
Well, that about wraps this Newsletter up. Have a good month everyone!
