Definately is morally wrong. Unfortunately the pet store industry - in my country at least - isn't regulated. There are whisperings of it happening but who known how fast govt move when it really matters?

It really doesn't seem fair does it? But it's happening all over. At least here it has stopped. I'm not sure if it's new regulations but I have noticed the most birds in one cage has decreased in the past couple of years.
