Hi guys
To watch the majority of the Bollywood movies that grace our multiplexes week after week would be to assume that the majority of India [ Images ] lives in upscale apartments, has upscale problems and travels the length and breadth of foreign lands without ever needing to wait for visas or endure the hell of packing. So it often comes as a surprise to watch movies set in the real India, the one not populated by Gucci and Prada-sporting leading men and women; the one where every other young man is not named Raj or Karan. And so it is with the latest from Shyam Benegal [ Images ]. Well Done Abba is set largely in a little village near Hyderabad and is the tale of one Armaan Ali (Boman Irani [ Images ]) and his quest to build a well on his patch of agricultural land at a time when water is becoming increasingly scarce in his corner of the world.
Thanks for all friends

Hello friends Nat, It is good to hear from you as well, sorry to hear that you will not be on the sofa of the Book Club, did read a few of the books that were reviewed. I am looking forward to the Inspector Lewis series, although we will not get it on our local PBS channel until the summer here in the States. I am a fan of Kevin Whatley since his Morse days, he is such a wonderful actor, but am looking more forward to seeing you on the show. As with the other fans, can't wait for your documentary on "The Survial of the Fastest to come out, thanks for keeping us informed. Can't leave without a word on the DANCE move on Friday's show, smiles. The final not is for Jessy, a wonderful job on the site and a great BIG thank you for all of your hard work. All the Best, CORA Thanks

Hello friends
Members of our management group have just returned from the 2009 IAPD Annual Meeting which was held in Las Vegas.
I’m very pleased to inform everyone that at this meeting Laird Plastics received two national recognition awards.
The first, the "Environmental Excellence Award," saw Laird become the first recipient of this newly established, annual award that recognizes the "innovative or exemplary environmental responsibility" taken by the selected company. The selection committee considered the nominated companies' environmental impact, financial impact and social impact as well as various green or environmental initiatives that have been taken. The finalist nominee group included two vendors and three distributors. There is no doubt that our efforts to initiate a full fledged recycling business and implement the objectives of our internal environmental program (now with its Handbook in subsequent editions) were instrumental in both being nominated and selected. Our innovative approach in working to establish a recycling presence at trade-shows such as the SGIA and the IAPD were also recognized. Congratulations to Kevin Short, Brett Thompson and all the hard working folks across all our centers that have propelled us to this industry leading recognition through your attention to doing the right thing every day. ''
Thanks

Hi guys
Such awards, it must be said, never seem particularly serious. I don’t think even the most biased of supporters could claim, for example, that three of the world’s top five spas are in Britain. I don't see how “Heathrow Terminal 5” can be one of the world's five best airports (when plain old Heathrow surely isn't). And while we had an award for the best hotel in the Indian Ocean (four of the top five were in Mauritius), there was no similar award for Europe. But it's a grand day out. Eddie Jordan, who used to own a Formula 1 racing team, compèred proceedings, and various figures from the world of British sport and entertainment handed over the prizes, offered sporty anecdotes, and ensured everyone ended up returning to work rather later and rosier-cheeked than anticipated. Notable winners included Changi in Singapore (best airport worldwide), Virgin Atlantic (best airline lounge) and Qatar Airways (best business class). And on a day when British Airways has had to announce 20 days of imminent cabin-crew strikes, the carrier did at least pick up gongs for best short-haul airline and best first class.
Thanks for all friends
