Hi everyone it's been a while since I've been on here. Well I have 3 birds aqua the male blue quaker,MoJo my female normal green cheek conure and my unnamed female pineapple green cheek conure I'm hand rearing. I'm also planing on getting a baby blue green cheek conure in the next few months if the parents go back down.
MoJo my normal green cheek conure is 7 years old and has started laying eggs she has laid 3 so far, all aren't fertile as she doesn't have a mate. She also still takes hand rearing formula and weighs in at 103 grams probably due to laying eggs.
My little pineapple green cheek conure is a real cutie, she loves to play on her back, as soon as she sees me she rolls on her back. She also plays with some of her toys on her back. She is about 7 weeks old has just started flying, when I first got her at 5 weeks old she weighed 72 grams now she weighs 61 grams when should I start to worry? She won't eat much formula i'm lucky to get her to eat 8 bent spoons a day. She is eatting some solids and drinking water, I'm feeding hormula twice a day. My pineapple is the first green cheek conure to love playing etc on its back.
