Hows the Kakariki you got from Batty John? Hi Scully Nibbles is doing great. He's his usual nosey self into everything and mad as a hatter, must get it off of ellen lol. He's got a new freind now, Kiwi. They did have 7 eggs a while ago but they all turned out to be duds, so i'm keeping my fingers crossed for the future batches as they are at it all the time. We got 2 Zebra Finches for one of our daughters a couple of months ago and within a week they had 4 eggs, 3 hatched and the babies have fledged. I had to seperate the male for a while as he was bullying them, but once they were feeding themselves we put the female back in with him away from the babies and they all seem to be doing great. Yesterday we put the nest box back because he started picking on her again and today I noticed that she is sitting on two eggs again already, talk about quick work!!! Looks like I need to get a move on with the aviery as the birdie population is growing very quickly. Suns out now so back to the garden.......... John
