Princess, the tiel, has learnt to copy Skittles, the lorikeet's noises. Skittles laughs like a witch cackles (her previous owner's laugh), and also does budgie sounds. How pathetic it is to hear this weird laugh and budgie sounds coming out of Princess's little beak

Hopefully she will learn some words as well, I'm trying to teach her her name at the moment

Our Quaker talks at 5 1/2 months old but she also copies the tiels and lovebirds. She is so funny to listen to.

loris noises must be easy to copy, as pepi our galah is imitating them now, I think pepi is going thru an identity crisis lol. Princess looks like she is talking really well, It is so much fun listening to them learn how to talk, you have to start watching what you say around them Lin!!!
