At the moment we're calling it Studly (as in he's a stud). I have no idea if he's a boy (lorikeets have to be DNA sexed), but Skits can see him, and she is, well, it's the most interest she's displayed in anyone. She can also see Lawrence the lorikeet, but, well, as far as she's concerned Lawrence doesn't exist. So, I am now thinking that Lawrence is female, and Studly is a male

Well, at the moment I have 3 lorikeets, seperate cages, 1 ringneck, and 2 budgies living in the house. Also today I brought in an injured budgie, and a tiny baby finch that needs feeding. So, that's 7 cages. It was just on Sunday that I managed to remove 2 cages from my house. lol (How do we get smilies on here). The lorikeets will have to stay in until a new aviary is built, and also Lawrence still needs his results of beak and feather to come back. I was told today that it could take up to another fortnight for that

7 cages - sheesh and I complain with having 5 - I clean them out everyday too. Not a thorough clean just keep on top of it. I suppose I work long hours and it does get a bit tiring. Still I guess if I could I would have more birds hehe!

lol. Two of them are quite quiet, it's only Skittles that is noisy, and that is because when she speaks she expects you to talk back. Too bad if your watching telly, she just gets louder screeching 'Love you' or whatever until you scream back 'Love you now shut up!'
