I found this new cage for really cheap, comes with a bunch of stuff but i'm not sure it will be big nough...
it's 8X11X24 I think that might be wrong cause 8 inches is REALLY small and the picture looks bigger than that 18X11X24 sounds more like it

The size depends hugely on what kind of bird you are putting in it. For a tiel or conure, that is too small. A few things to keep in mind while looking for a cage are: Shape of cage- basic rectangle or square is usually best. Fancy shapes are harder to clean and take up more space without giving the bird any more room. Most parrots like wider cages as opposed to tall cages. Wire spacing- how far apart the bars are is important. Make sure you have the bars close enough that the bird can't get his head stuck, but wide enough that little toes won't get caught. Bar strength- shouldn't really be a problem with a tiel or small conure, but really cheap wire that bends easily isn't safe. Size- the following link shows a great chart of MINIMUM cage sizes for different bird species. www.birdcageoutlet.com/bird-cages/bird-cage-size-chart.htmI've heard some great advice as to buying a cage: buy bigger than you can afford. That doesn't mean go crazy, but bargains usually don't work out to be bargains in the long run. And of course, keep in mind that you don't want anything with old lead paint or galvanized wire (causes zinc poisoning). Generally speaking, most new cages sold are bird safe paint wise. Powder coating is best, but most smaller cages don't have it. I realize that this may seem like a lot of work just for a cage, but this is going to be your companions house! Even if you have the bird outside of the cage a lot, it should be able to relax in its cage and feel safe.

Thanks, I figured it was to small but I'm having a heck of a time finding a cage. The only nice ones are super heavy duty and $200 everything else sucks grrrrrrrr

Have a look on eBay, quite often there are good sized cages at reasonable prices.

My conure is in one of those mini indoor avairys, and you can pick them up pretty cheap on ebay. I have taken the solid roof off and replaced with a wood wire frame.
good luck in finding a cage, you do not need one of those strong cages. Look at indoor ferret/rat cages too, alot are very suitable for birds.
