He or she is a most unusual bird. I wonder if it's fertile? Do you know what birds/colours bred this one?

Well blaine the bird is actually a green mask so the introduction of the blue is very unusual. Take a look at what I picked up at a local bird shop, can you believe it. I had to look twice when I saw her sitting on the perch, "how much for the unusual Fischer?" I said. "$38" she replied. "I'LL TAKE IT!!!!!"

Diet related, medical problem and red or orange suffusion have been mentioned. I know nothing of the birds breeding history so that doesn't help but I do know it's outstanding to look at, especially for any lovebird fanatics.
