I'm trying to warn my fellow bird folks about this seller.
I attempted to order a cage from them and they were less than easy to work with. The cage was backordered, but they didn't tell me until I pestered them for 2 weeks. After informing me the cage was backordered, they asked if I'd like to cancel the order. I said "yes, cancel it" because I need a cage NOW,not in a month. Now the guy won't respond to any emails, and he won't refund the money in PayPal. I had to go through my Credit card company to get them to reverse the charge.
This seems like a typical "garage based middle-man" business. I doubt the guy has any of his own stocked merchandise, and he does not check if something is available before he accepts orders. I can handle all of that, but refusing to respond to my MANY emails is not acceptable.
Avoid Queencity Pets.

Just an update for those interseted:
The seller (Josh) at Queen City Pets (QCP) either died, is in a coma, or operates like a really dumb crook.
After repeatedly sending requests to have my cage order cancelled and getting zero response, I gave up and had my CC company dispute the charge. *I* thought this meant that I'd get my money back without any grief. I was wrong!
QCP simply ignored all my cancellations and SENT THE CAGE ANYWAY! HA! It showed up about a month after all the cancell requests. Of course I wasn't home at the time, so UPS just left it on my porch. I had to get them to come back out and pick it back up as a "REFUSED" delivery. I was told my my CC company that if I did this, he wouldn't be able to rebut the payment dispute (thankfully).
Did the guy think that he could force me to buy the cage? I mean *HE* was the one that asked me if I wanted to cancell the order. Did he die or something? Still no response to the many emails. All the guy did was waste his own money shipping the package back and forth. Shipping was "included" in the price of the cage, so he can't even get that back!
Pass this on! Not necessarily my post, just the fact that this is a bad seller! I should have done my research before I made the purchase, as I found several other upset customer posts across the web. Had I noticed, I would've never order from them. live'n'learn I guess.
