I noticed one of these in Pete the Too I think it was. I didn't know what it was for.

Ok. I think I took him out too much for the day.
His poop seemed fine when I got home, but it's completely white, mushy, and runny now. Is that a sign of stress?

I have a problem though. Getting up on my shoulder is a privilege, not a right. The second I take him out he goes straight to my shoulder. I'm supposed to take him down when he nips, but he nips faster than I can get him down, and i'm worried that if i squish his too hard when bringing his down or if he falls on the floor something will go wrong. He's also bitey. Even though I don't back off when he nips, he still nips, and enough to draw some blood.
Other than that, he's the cutest little thing. I'm trying to get him to explore other parts of the cage. He seems to like to play with metal things like my glasses, the cage bars, and some of his bells.

I GOT RAZZ! I got some pictures of him on my shoulder. They are still being uploaded though.
It was so sweet! He would just sit there and nibble at my ear!

Of course my mom is milking this for all it's worth by making me do a lot of chores because she knows I'll do them since Razz is coming today. ;D

Yes, it would. Well, i'm 11 years old, almost 12. I'm hoping to be a vet with a specialty in avians when I grow up.

Laurie. Maybe you could try to see if somebody would let you babysit their cockatoo for a week. That way he/she wouldn't last long if it's not a good thing, and you get experience. I don't know if anyone would actually do that though.

Lol. Yes. I can't wait! Cockatiels seem really nice. I mean, i've only played with 2. But both of those played with me after never meeting me!

I really liked reading about Pete! That's one amazing Umbrella Cockatoo... Does he like to screech? I was at a pet store one time (like that's uncommon) and there was an Umbrella Cocktoo. He/she LOVED to screech at all of the passersby.

Yes, I will be sending tons. ;D I really like the name Razz. To me it matches his personality also. Only 2 more days until I pick up Razz! The suspense is killing me.

Well, I was at the pet store today. ;D Well, I was looking at cages for a cockatiel, and I saw this very pretty one in the back that hadn't been bought yet. (yes, the other one I had my eye on was sold. ) Well, I got him/her (most likely him, so thats what i'm going to call him. ) out to play. He was very friendly, and skipped the arm and went straight for the shoulder! He seemed to like my glasses. He liked to pull them on and off of my head. and then kept prancing around from one side of the shoulders to another. It was so sweet! So... you know..... I kinda had to reserve him. I got all the toys and the cage and such. It looks really good all put together! All it needs is the cockatiel.... Now, i'm still debating what name to call him. Any suggestions? He's one of the normal greys.
