Hi Jess, i have a tiel, hes a funny eater. I have to chop anything up small. He likes watercress, carrot, egg, apple, orange, loves hemp seed!

sound like itchy pins, just keep an eye on him. i have never heard of a budgie plucking.perhaps moulteze may help.
what are these, euca, cilantro, ive a few fussy budgies too ;D

Caiques are very pretty birds, but totally nutty, and wonderful pets..always keeping you entertained. Congrats on your new boy Jake...

well we have one more egg, but there could be two by now. Trouble is shes not sitting on them, so i dont think its going to happen. I keep telling Harvey to give her some encouragement, but he just sits and looks at me ;D He is such a stunning blue budgie, im very proud of him. As for handraising, i will take it as it comes, if i need to step in i will, but ill leave it to them as much as i can. I will try and see if i can tame a couple as much as possible. As i have a home , if all goes well for one

will it be a bit big for baby budgies? i dont really know.. dont worry at the mo, but thanks for the offer ;D we spent along time driving around for that darn spoon ;D funny noone knew what we were on about
